Hey, I'm Louie—but in Nassau County, everyone calls me The Navien King.

Why? Because when your fancy boiler or water heater throws a tantrum and nobody else can figure it out, I'm the guy they call. Diagnosing and fixing Navien systems is my specialty; whether whispering sweet nothings to a temperamental water heater or reviving a boiler that's been written off for dead. 

I've been at this for over 24 years. Started out as a plumber, wrench in hand and boots on the ground, learning the ropes the old-school way. It wasn't long before I dove into HVAC and discovered a real knack for systems most people find frustrating. Fast forward a couple of decades and a few thousand service calls later, and here I am—running my own show at NY Boiler & Repair.

I'm not just here to slap a band-aid on your boiler or give your AC a pep talk. I believe in doing things right the first time, with thorough work and honest advice, and treating people the way I'd want someone to treat my own family.
